  • All items are custom made to order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders may be able to be cancelled before they ship, but this is not guaranteed and is at my discretion. Once an item is shipped, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Packages sent back will NOT be refunded. Absolutely no refunds are offered on commissions or custom work.

    No refunds will be offered on any digital downloads. This includes STL / 3MF / OBJ files for 3D printing, PDF files, digital patterns, etc. If you’re having issues with a file, reach out and we’ll do our best to get it resolved for you.

  • If the package arrives damaged, do NOT remove your order from the shipping package. Photograph and document clearly all damage to the package and item without touching or removing the item. Please send all clear photographs to me as soon as you can, so I can review.

    Claims must be submitted and processed with the post office in order for replacements to be sent. This process can take some time so we appreciate your patience!

  • I do my best to make sure orders ship correctly, but sometimes mistake do happen! If you’re missing a part, or received the wrong item contact me. We’ll make sure you get what you need free of charge.

  • If your item is lost, please reach out via email or chat.

    Claims must be submitted and processed with the post office in order for replacements to be sent. This process can take some time so we appreciate your patience!

  • Reach out! After an item ships, it can take up to 3 weeks for a domestic order to arrive and for a trace to be issued with USPS. Internationally, this can extend to 8+ weeks.

    Packages lost in transit will be replaced once claim processes are completed with mail couriers; refunds are not issued for lost packages.

  • Pick up in NYC is at my discretion, and based on my availability. Reach out before placing your order if you want to pick up!

  • Con pickup is only offered if planned well in advance, and for smaller items. Reach out before you place your order, or at least 6 weeks in advance of the event.

    We will not offer con pickup for full costumes, or larger props.

  • I do offer international shipping, however am not able to ship to the EU due to GRSP rulings.

  • You might be charged tax on your order, depending on your local laws.

    If you are ordering a physical item, and live outside the US, you may need to pay customs and / or VAT.

    I am not responsible for any customs, VAT, or other fees you may incur as a result of ordering. I will not falsify the value of goods / packages to avoid custom fees.

  • Digital items, such as STLs and PDFs, will be available within 1 business day of purchase.

    All other items are made to order, unless specified as ready to ship. Kits for props are typically 1 - 2 weeks, but may be slightly longer depending on the production queue. Finished props will take 4 weeks at minimum.

    After being shipped, domestic orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping can take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks.

    If you have a deadline, please include it as a note in your order. Expedite fees may be required to meet your deadline, and we’ll reach out to let you know next steps.

  • Please include your deadline in your order notes. Make sure to allocate enough time for yourself to finish your kit, paint, sew, etc.

    If we do not think we can meet your deadline, we will email you to discuss next steps. Postal / customs delays are not something we are responsible for.

    Providing a date does NOT guarantee we can meet that date, but it’s important for us to know. We are not responsible for late orders if you do not provide us with a deadline, or order past convention cutoff dates.

  • Payment plans outside of what is offered by PayPal and other providers, are not offered.

    Custom commissions will require at minimum a 20% non-refundable deposit. This deposit may be higher depending on materials required to complete the commission.

    Invoices not paid within six (6) months are considered abandoned projects (unless otherwise discussed), and will not be refunded. We reserve the right to resell anything created for abandoned projects, and retain all rights.

    I will only ship when all invoices are paid in full.
